Shipping Policy

All US packages are shipped First Class via USPS, please note this is NOT a tracked service. However, you will receive a tracking number that will update once delivery has been attempted or made.

If you provide the wrong address and the parcel is returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping again before we resend the package out to the correct address. 

Next Day Shipping is USPS Priority Mail Shipping, this aims to deliver 1 day after dispatch. Please email us if you select NEXT DAY so that we can prioritize your order. Failure to inform us could result in your parcel not being prioritized.

Once an order is shipped we are not responsible for delays in the transit process. In order to ensure that you are compensated for damages, we suggest adding an insurance policy to your postage or upgrading to Priority Mail Service + Insurance.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We have a standard flat rate based on the parcel weight. All International Parcels are sent Tracked with USPS or UPS. If your country does not offer USPS Tracked it will be Signed for instead. If we believe there is a risk of the packaged not being delivered safely we will cancel your order and you will receive a full refund. 

USPS First Class Mail Tracked advises that delivery can take up to 7 days with no delays but this is only an estimation. Shipping can take longer so we advise ordering well in advance to avoid disappointment. Shipments can also be held at customs, we cannot do anything about this. We provide a full and detailed invoice with every International Order for Customs to review.
